The Villa is in a gated compound.All beds have their own fitted mosquito nets and free standing fans are available.All bed linen and towels are provided but not beach towels.Air conditioning is archieved using the coastal breezes and the specially designed roof that maintains the inside temperature between 25 and 29 degrees centigrade.The main bathroom has 2 wash basins,a shower,bidet and lavatory.Next to this bathroom is a further WC. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge-freezer,microwave oven,electric 4 ring cooker and oven,2 ring gas cooker and grill,deep fat fryer,toaster and cattle.A CD/Tape/radio player is also provided.The house has its own sweet water well,mains electricity,hot water tank and a septic tank.Galu beach next to Diani Beach is a leisurely 10 min walk along a good track.The villa comes with 3 staff,a housekeeper,a gardener and night watchman.The housekeeper is also a good cook and for an extra KSh 500 per day (approx £ 3.60 ) paid directly to him he will prepare and cook your meals.

Transport in Diani Beach :A car would be useful.On arrival at Moi International Airport you will be met by a driver with Safari Bus and conveyed to the Villa in about one and quarter hours. Mombasa Island is 20 miles from the Villa.Please pay the driver KSh 3500(approx £ 25 ) for each way and please confirm your return journey at the start of your stay.When you reach the villa our manager Anke Wulff will greet you with a welcome cocktail and brief you on a few things such as Car Hire,Taxis,the Safe and Security.She will be available for help and advice during your stay.

Topi Villa in Diani Beach -Pricing details

The following rates are per week.The rates are per Villa for maximum 5 persons.Prices include room service,laundry,bedding,towels,electricity,and use of swimming pool,sun beds,mattresses and night security.The owner will not accept any liability for accidents in the pool.The price excludes Airport Transfers and food.Confirmation of booking will require a 40 % deposit of the quoted rate.The balance is to be paid in cash on arrival of the Villa.The periods 15th Dec - 15 Jan and 1 August - 31 August,minimum let is two weeks and the balance is to be paid a month before arrival.All our guests are entitled to a 5 % discount on all excursions and safaris,including Deep Sea Fishing,Diving and Dhow trips booked through our associates in Diani Beach .
